Web Designing Industry is changing rapidly with the emergence of new web design technology and trends. We are continuously in search of new ideas and technology to change the standard for a well-prepared website. For few cases concepts we’ve seen before are being tried in a slightly different way to great success. The increase in web browsing on versatile devices is changing the approach and making good design more important. With due respect of this what are the next big trends for web design coming in 2015? Here are trends we think will be at the forefront.
Responsive Page Structure Will Become the Basic Focus of Web Design:
Traditional Development of a mobile site along a desktop site is an backdated practice. With the influx of tablets existing mobile and desktop specific designs are unsuitable and don’t efficiently use the tablets screen space. Then what is the alternative? The most suitable substitute to this is a responsive design. A responsive design is one that responds to the screen or window size that a website is being viewed in and gives users the best possible layout. While this is not a new concept in web design, it is one that will become of paramount importance moving into the next year and beyond.
Flat Design Gains Popularity in a rapid speed:
Another change that has come with an increase in mobile web browsing is the realization that attention grabbing three dimensional effects are distracting and detrimental to loading time. All the popping-out or sinking-in on pages quickly overwhelm users eyes and cause them to lose focus on what the website is trying to communicate. Flat design by comparison is more simplistic, but is a better user experience. They are more lightweight and reduce load times which is very important for mobile browsing.
Typography will Become an Important Website Design Decision:
With the ability to load whatever font is desired, and layouts becoming flatter it will become a dominant feature of a website’s design. While there may be tons of pretty fonts to use not all of them are readable, at least not paragraph after paragraph of it anyway. This will require designers to use some discretion and restraint. It is perfectly okay to use that loopy, flourishing font for logos, headers and accented text in a site.
